Depends on a lot of things.
The message content, title or lack of picture will cause a delete.
Ladies tend to look at the profile of the person sending the message first, if they don't like what they see........delete.
Best tip is to forget your sent messages box and concentrate on the inbox.
And maybe improve your profile if that's the reason you think they're being deleted.

For me if I recovered a message from you...no public pics, one sentence saying you are new when you've been on here a year... I would delete as well, sorry!!
Sometimes people might have a few messages at the same time and profiles are a good way to have a filter of those with similar interests etc. |

Very normal for guys who don't put any effort in their profile! I've just dished out no thanks all afternoon, due to lack of content, lack of pictures, how on earth would I know if there was any attraction? I wouldn't......so wouldn't waste my time |

"Anybody i seem to message on this site instantly deletes my message is this the normal ?"
I guess a lot of it will come down to what exactly your message contains then if it gets past that stage your profile isn't much really so after a quick profile view the delete button is probably hit. |

The short answer is 'Yes' I'm afraid.
You have to remember that women (and couples) get a huge number of messages on a daily basis.
Most will look at your profile before opening your message.
If, after looking at your profile, they decide that you're not for them, they often won't see much point in reading it.
After all, if you got a message from someone at the other end of the country, would you consider meeting them?
Have to say also, having had a glance at your profile, I think that there are few things you could perhaps do to improve your prospects.
Aside from your profile avatar, you have no pictures on show. Afraid to say that on a site that is, for the main, about people meeting up for sex, physical attraction plays a big factor.
Your profile description comes across as rather negative. All it mentions is things that you don't like.
Tell people what things you do like to do. What turns you on, what you can do for others.
Expecting people to message you to find out more isn't going to get you very far. It shows a lack of effort on your part and most people really don't have the time to be messaging for more information, when many others provide it freely on their profiles.
Try and stand out. We single men significantly outnumber ladies and couples so you really need your profile to grab someone's attention as soon as they look at it.

We look at profiles before a message - and delete if there's no effort been put into the profile, no visuals and they're long term members that are unverified.
Even if we open a message if it's dull, nothing more than a 'hi' or asking for a meet (our profile clearly states we will make it bloody obvious if we ever can!) - we may just delete.
We also rarely open messages from people in any hurry. Often not for days, sometimes weeks.
And quite often when we view the inbox the senders are UNLOS before we've even got to their message.
A delete is just a sign of no interest. Nothing personal. Nothing sinister. And nothing you can do anything about - so no point trying to work out why.

I got a message from a guy last week saying 'hi' his profile said 'looking for fun', there were no pics on profile and no face pic attached (which I request on my profile).
I replied saying not what I'm looking for sorry ... and he replied saying 'but how do you know, you haven't seen what I look like and don't know what I'm interested in' |

We get one or two messages every day asking if we'd like to meet that afternoon, If i'm really bored i play along, But if we get a message where the person has clearly read our profile then we answer even if it is to say no but good luck with your search. x |

Wassup? You had a bonk 4 days ago? "
guess he removed the veri then another player imo just after as many shags as he can instant turn off for me and your profile is not a lot to go by i would look at that and instant delete without even having to read your message as it gives a few lines of it |

We do this often.
If we contact someone first, we will always attach a clear face pic ... so we expect the same if we are contacted.
No pic attached, delete without opening.
Same goes for content too, we like imaginative messages and effort ... we can usually judge the message from the preview.
Sounds harsh, but there are a lot of messages to get through ... so delete the unwanted first |

This really does demonstrate a good reason for an instant delete+block.
The profile is the opportunity to convey that information...duh! |

A lot do if they are not interested as replying saying no just gets you pestered with why not. |
