Its not always painful. It does feel uncomfortable when being entered sometimes.
The key is to relax, take your time and use plenty of lube. Try different positions, I find missionary or me on top is less painful to begin with. |

Lube, build up to a penis, small toys and fingers 1st take it slow and most of all relax as soon as you clench its probably pointless. Try different positions to start and never rush. I have taken to using specialist anal lube which does ease things . I don't know what is in it but I guess it is some form of very mild topical anaesthetic. I have heard that some 'preparations' can be a bit dangerous as numbing can lead to tearing of the anal passage by a brute and potentially an infection risk. |

All above tips.. Lube different positions and a guy that does as u say.. Even the smaller build can be a bit painful if they go fast and fully in.
