On the actual email you received there is a 'report' button. Press this and it tells you what to fill in or select. This report will go to site admin who will review it.
Once reported, block the user so they can't contact you again. You can block them from the same page, or from the individuals profile page or from within chat.

oh thngs like this drive me insane it has happened to me once too often, so now I don;t even bother replying and hit the block button straight away....... |

Honestly I dont really bother reporting anymore, I just block.
I have even had messages from other profiles when I've blocked someone, bitching about the fact I've blocked them  but if they didnt read my profile initially, they wont do it from another profile so again I just block  |

Pretty sure you can do it on the person's profile.
You can't find out the result of the investigation though and the most likely outcome is that nothing happens. |
