"I suffer badly from ingrown hairs down there. I've even tried Nair and still got one. Anybody else have this problem? Any advice? I'm quite self conscious about it."

I recommend epilating......if you have a high pain threshold. Hurts like hell the first time but do it regularly and you get used to it.....regrowth is soft and reduced. I do mine once a week, after the initial cost of the epilator it's free too. |

Hmmm....I don't think I'll try again thanks. I've never had a reaction like that to anything!....there are much less painful ways! |

"Waxing in a salon
Definitely smoothest finish & if you exfoliate stops in growing hairs. But can't be smooth all the time as need bit re growth to wax "
Maybe a stupid question but what should I use to exfoliate? I've a body brush I use in shower. That sort of thing? |

Would be very nervous of putting those whirling blades anywhere near my labia! |

Sugaring - similar to waxing but much nicer on the skin, less painful (I don't find waxing or sugaring sore but have friends who say this)
And exfoliate between sessions too.
I've given up and just shave daily, or twice daily if I have a meet - as I hate any regrowth at all. |

Have been using Magic powder for years and only once had a problem when I left it on for much too long and it was mildly red and tender for the rest of the day but ok by morning. Other than that I have never had a problem and swear by it.
Generally I use Platinum but they are all much of a much'nes.
You can get it as a cream as well, which is much easier to use, but is slightly less effective, meaning you need to leave it on a bit longer.
In short, its great stuff, works for most people, just start slowly and you should be ok.
Good luck.

The reviews of NoNo are really bad, and it's expensive. I use a 5blade razor, and hair conditioner rather than soap or shaving gel, works well. |

Good advice.
You could get a hair removal machine if you have the cash. Lumea is great if you don't have white or very blonde hair. I have one and had it for years. After the initial eight weeks, you just do it once every couple of months. I love it. |

Waxing. There is regrowth but only really a little bit on week 4, which is when I go back and it's enough for her to get me smooth. I'm sure men dont mind a little fuzz |
