Hi people it's R, we keep getting lots of people wanting to chat on MSN messenger but all we have is Windows Messenger (we use Apple Mac computers)
Is this the same?
we have added a couple of people on it, but they are not online to ask how to use this?
when people say, 'would you like to chat and cam chat' how does this work?
Never done this before, She's well exited and i can't wait.
Don't know if anyone else uses Apple laptops or power macs but they have a camera built in, so when we use Messenger will the camera automatically kick in?
any help would be good, and if anyone want to test it out with me i promise to behave myself, just want to see that it works, so give me a wave or summet.
Technology eh!
Thanks

Hey there,
Windows Messenger is the Mac version of MSN; a major downside to it, however, is that it does not support using or viewing webcams at all. There are a few other programs that you can use instead to get around this; one that I like is called aMSN. If you do a quick search for it on Google you should be able to find it.

Personally I have found mercury messenger to be a good alternative for on the Mac, and as with the other alternative it too allows video chat
A quick google brings it straight up |
