if they have age restrictions then they peobably aren't interested, age restriction can also block your message from getting to them.
i wouldn't advise just randomly giving out your number to people, maybe get kik app and give that out if you really want to give out info as a way for people to contact you offsite, kik app doesn't show your phone number to anyone too. |

probably not peobably.
and yeah like the above poster says they would message you back if they want to meet.
very rarely i do not see someones message because too many people message me at once, so maybe try and message them one more time to make sure they saw your message, but don't message too much else they'll think you're a pest/annoying. |
