A good bj depends on the woman not if she has a piercing. I've had great from both and bad from both
If used correctly the piercing just adds to the sensation but it's not a deal maker or breaker in my opinion

Have to say we are not keen on playing with pierced. It puts my teeth on edge. It's a bit like the feeling you get when someone is drawing their finger down a blackboard. I just can't explain why I feel like it but it just is. I think it's just the feeling of metal against teeth. Not natural (sorry) to all you pierced people we've met over the years. |

We aren't keen on pierced genitals either but don't mind the tongue piercings as it enhances oral no end. Also dont mind nipple piercings. My fella could get into a bit of a tangle if he was to give oral to someone who had their pussy pierced...
