I consider myself a good looking guy and I am still very new to this. I don't smoke, I exercise, im young, and have a high sex drive. However, I still feel like so many profiles scare me off and as a result I rarely send a message.

Just go for it! Don't take the lack of a response personally and be gently persistent. We get so many messages and sometimes mine disappear down the stream before I can answer them. Having a memorable pic or pics really helps too. |

don't mean to be picky but how can asking for advice on how to be unique make you unique, surely that comes from within, just be yourself people will either like you or they wont, there's no point putting a show on to get attention because your true self will always come out in the end |

For me it's the messages that show some personality, a joke, something funny, that stand out, i get tons of sex chat messages a day and its a bit tedious after a while, similar to just "hi", its a touch boring.  |

Why do they scare you? You are obviously articulate - just message people and comment on what strikes you for no other reason than you feel like commenting. I think most women here are just looking for someone that engages them at some level. Good luck.
