Sleeping in the hot weather.....

A lot of people are complaining about not being able to sleep in this hot weather and the fact they can't stop sweating in bed.......and.....I'm just saying......most of them are overweight.......some would say.....chubby people. So.......if your struggling to sleep and your really hot at night....think about that the next time your in the kebab house because I'm sick of hearing people moaning about the heat....give it 2 months and you will be complaining again......get a job...lose some weight.....get some focus and goals and start to think about more positive things to do. I'm am available for bookings for motivational speeches at weight watchers nights too...just let me know.

Is feeling the heat weight related? I'm puzzled because even my more slender friends say the same. If you like to motivate people I'm not sure starting a thread in this manner is the best way. Personally, I feel slightly niggled.

I have always been happy to get 5-6 hours sleep and that's all I need the heat although it can be uncomfortable has never affected me. I don't think size is the issue it tends to be more the state of mind for that person at that given time. If I have had a very bus day normally my mind is still running through things whilst I lay there in bed.

Shit hadn't realised that going the gym, working and not eating crap could still leave you overweight!!

obviously no medical problems could cause weight gain, night sweats or sleep disorders

just a little thing too....some people don't like hot weather regardless of their weight....even as a slim person i was hot and cranky...possibly more to do with my colouring than the size dress i wear

First off thats abit insulting! What does having or not having a job got to do with being hot or being chubby for that matter?
