Hi. I have been using "fab" on and off, since last October, During the past 6 weeks or so, I have been quite actively messaging women, and some couples. I have yet to arrange a meet with anyone!...
I really am not sure what I am doing wrong? Is it because now, iv been on the site 9 months without a verification? I have recently added a few new pics (face included), which I do attach when I send a message. I realize not everyone will find me sexually attractive, and that is ok. But after 9 months on the site, with no luck, its obvious that i need some help!
In my messages, I am polite and pleasant. The messages I send are not just one liners. I actually put some thought into what I say.
I would greatly appreciate any advise, or help, from the forum readers! Thanks in advance!  |

I'm annoying and sarcastic. Seems to work for me - I tried to be 'upbeat' but I'm really not like that and it just wasn't me.

Upbeat is not exactly what i meant by polite and pleasant. I do try and add my own personality into the message though. What i mean is, Im not sending messages saying "wanna fuck now?" and the likes. |

You're not my type and too far away, but for me... I read messages and profile, and then decide whether to chat more, and you fall down on lack of profile. It tells me nothing other than in 9 months, you've neglected it... it honestly tells me nothing about you or what you like, other than you play straight with couples... |

Well your profile and profile pics look alright to me so I can only assume you must have a minging face.
P.s people can be too polite when messaging. You can spot the profiles where you know a good old dirty message will get you noticed . |

1st rule: Be attractive. 2nd rule: Do not be unattractive.
It's amazing what a guy can "get away with" if he has washboard abs and a modicum of intelligence! Same message from a "not my type" kind of guy could cause a torrent of self-righteous semi-abuse
I was talking about this with my very average-looking but perfectly serviceable guy friend just yesterday (he's given up now). This place is a hot-guy goldmine! Average-looking men have to try that much harder just to get noticed. It can be demoralising and I feel for you OP. BUT personality is also very important, so not all is lost. I have no specific advice, but I wish you best of luck. |

Love your profile & your approach, sarcastic always works for me
OP your profile is great, if you approached me I would certainly reply at the very least as it shows you have a sense of humour which is a big plus in my opinion. That's as opposed to read, wince & bin
