I agree, perhaps it's a bit silly not to blank it out, but.. Why are they more likely to get number plate cloned because you can see their car reg in a photo here than they would if they were parked at the side of the street?"

because they get cloned for use in big cities like London etc for free use in the congestion zones and parking tickets

Can get a photo off ebay easier and it will also show if its got mot and tax

Far easier from there all it takes is for someone to ring up and get a name then clone from there. The only people who use reg no's on here are the bill to look people up which HAS happened sadly in the past.
