we regularly' block and move on' when we get arguementative messages from people that disagree with our preferences or even the odd forum post.
there seems to be a new trend of trolls that are happy to spend time trawling through profiles just to find an argument, we have had these quite a lot recently, and although they are laughable at times and not doing enough to warrant a ban, they can leave us scratching our head  has anyone encountered these recently ??  |

yes we have. I think the universities have broken up  .
I frequently encounter direct and oblique references to us concerning things that happened weeks ago. I feel quite flattered that we feature so prominently on some peoples horizons  |

Yes They're part and parcel of any forum or message board unfortunately. Thank god for the block button although as we've said before,
A block should be a total block and not just selected capabilities.  |

I have two people who follow me about the forums commenting and arguing
They come in three profiles two of which are the same person
Blocked them but they still comment on everything on here
Yea they will probably read this as well

I on the other hand have several people that I avoid at all costs  and there are probably just as many if not more who avoid me  |

And I put it to you that it is your own fault for saying anything at all...

We dont mind peoples views on the public forums, thats what its for, but its the debating society rejects private messaging the rants that we are on about, we wouldnt mind but non of them have put a good account of their views across yet |

Sometimes people think that a post is about them but it isn't always the way.
BUT if you think someone is breaking rules on the forum then report the post....if someone is annoying you, just ignore them.
