Embarrassing situation yesterday with another couple who we know, he just couldn't get hard..... I felt so sorry for all concerned and it's not been an issue before ..... Ok yeah sometimes it's not 100% but, it's good enough to use. I just felt, for most of the afternoon, no twitch or slight interest although I was turned on. Got a gp appointment Monday but was hoping for advice..... And thoughts on horny goat . Taking anti depressants for years, and yes, I know they don't help x |

I tried horny goat for a while but can't really say it made a lot or difference. L'arginine (available from Holland & Barrett is also apparently 'useful'
My GP ran blood tests - my tests discovered I had very low testosterone levels and an currently having booster injection - first one was last Tuesday. There is lots in the media about testosterone treatment - very much in vogue in the USA.
I've also had a packet of cialis which the GP prescribed but I've not been lucky enough to need to use it! |

Me and my wife had our first meet last Saturday. It went amazing but there was a point that the fella who joined us went flop (about one and a half hours in). My wife sucked until he got hard and finished him off lol she was a little offended how he went flop but maybe he didn't like having to wear a rubber :O I'm sure he left feeling a little embarrassed |

Never tried horny goat , so can't say anything like that, however I believe taking anti depressants for years does have some effect.
Don't take it personally that couldn't get an erection it happens.
My (advice) would be to try to get off the anti depressants and do cognitive instead.
I sometimes feel they do more harm than good if you stick to the status quo. |

Don't do it! From what I've read it ultimately makes the situation worse by reducing the amount of testosterone the body naturally produces. Look into tongkat ali instead...haven't tried it myself but sounds much better |

Given my levels were 5.4 (the normal range is something like 7.0 to 28.0) it seems my body isn't producing that much anyway...
Will see how I get on - I haven't tried to fight anyone or fuck anyone either!
