Advice on a riding crop

Can anyone suggest a good place to get a riding crop? I had one that I got from Lovehoney last autumn but the shaft just snapped (and not while it was being used for anything fun, sad to say), so I'd like to get something more robust. Any recommendations?

Probably best getting one from an equestrian supplies store rather than a sex shop. Will be tougher and cheaper

Tescos used to sell them for about 4 quid pity they didn't supply the sub to go with it must be the only thing that they don't sell

I have a beautiful one from Agent Provocateur. Very expensive but incredibly classy!

As already been mentioned, go to an equestrian shop.. Lots of choice and normally cheaper than buying them from an adult shop

I think I paid a fiver for my equestrian riding crop from a place in Silverstone in 2005... It was used for ACTUAL horse riding but it still looks brand new now.

Its brilliant, it can be soft and sensual, but if you use it hard it can grab the skin and be more painful than you would imagine.

a place near Blackpool

I agree with getting it from a horse place, cheaper and a lot stronger..

Nicki broke our love honey one across my ass. Replaced it twice. Second time they gave us a much better one.

Equestrian shops are best for cheap and effective crops though.

That sounds interesting, I'll have to look at whisks when I go for the crop. Thanks for the suggestion

I've had a look at eBay, but to be honest I'd like to use a real-world shop. If I can handle it before buying I'll have a better idea what I'm getting.

Try going to LFF or LAM in London, not just crops but paddles, floggers canes etc are much better quality and fair cheaper than what the chains provide.

I wasn't allowed to come and see you in London!

But they are monthly markets and weren't on that weekend

LFF/LAM? What are these, apart from things I shouldn't Google on my office computer?

We got a great one from Lidl last year when they did a horsey themed special buys week. There were also a few other items of interest we bought too! The checkout girl had a wry smile in her face as she scanned them too.

Always handy to keep an eye out in there and Aldi for bits and bobs of kink
