Take flipflops with you and a bum bag or some sort of small handbag.... Towels provided, lockers too.

Ladies like to wear sarongs, rather than the towels .. Kestrel is naturist, so towels only!!

If you are there all day and stay on for Abs then you will need food and drink. Ideal is a supermarket salad meal. Store in the fridge ...

Other than that take an inquisitive attitude and a open mind ...
