Hey sorry to post such a boring query but I tried to verify someone twice and it hadn't gone through. They're a new profile, about two days old, but I've known them for years and actually told them about this site. When I was verified it came through instantly. Any ideas? |

After they have logged on a few times from their own wifi, try and re-verify them then.
The myth that once an internet connection is shared no veri will ever work, is just that a myth.
If they only ever logged on via your internet connection (ie a second profile for yourself) then you will be unable to verify.
And many a forumite have used others' internet connection, then on going home successfully verified the person they stayed with. |
