Have (where possible) a good percentage of guys invited who've done gbs/ group play before - previous experience is a help, although not a guarantee they'll show.
Can the female(s) involved invite/ suggest any previous playmates? - that may help to improve the chances of them turning up.
Organise it to be at a club? - if some don't turn up you may be able to find alternatives there already?
Have a list of possible backups of VERY local people- and get their phone numbers |

Well 3 of us have already played with her before so that's the main backup sorted. Plus one other local is keen and available. It will be a daytime meet which cuts down quite a few options but it should still be fun  |

Well at the last point of contact with the lady in question she had selected 10 to be invited and so far 8 have confirmed with 2 possibles.
