Yeah, it was mentioned in a recent topic titled "Why are sex shops so seedy".
I've been in Ann Summers and Simply Pleasure, they're ok, but Lovehoney advertising on here is rather good too. |

Hull has the largest P & C in Europe so the advertising goes!
been in the place half a dozen times, nice layout and not seedy at all. but it is bloody expensive! We have looked around and handled the stock which you are allowed to do, if anything has taken our fancy we leave and order online if its available. If not then back to the shop and buy from them. |

"hi all i love this shop what do you all think to it? X"
way over priced can get most things they sell cheaper online.
so we usually go and have a look round and then if there is something i like i search for it online. always found what i wanted cheaper. |

We got one down the road about a mile away - used to be regular customers - but a cautionary note... don't ever try to return anything!
It took us an argument with a stroppy manageress in the local store (funny she was always so friendly when we were buying), two emails to head office (ignored), one recorded delivery letter and finally a written threat of taking them to the small claims court.... before they finally replaced a £20 broken toy that we'd had for only one week and didn't even survive one party.
Oh we would have gone to the court too, if we had to.
In summing up your honour, may we present exhibit A: the broken toy, and also exhibit B: Lesley - a very good bisexual female friend of ours....
Upon examination you will find her vagina is actually quite moist and relatively spacious and could not possibly have have caused damaged to the toy due to 'unreasonable and forceful use' as the defendant claims...
Needless to say we are no longer customers nor would we recommend them to be honest.
xx

I used to like going in Pulse and Cocktails, but did find them expensive. Nice clothes tho, and good for joke / hen / stag night stuff.
The staff in my local one, were really friendly, and knew me by name, not that I was a regular customer or anything!!! lol

Yes,agree its bloody expensive.
Much cheaper to buy things off the net, there's many a good site on there.
They must make most of their money from guys who can't have things delivered to their homes.
