I see in the updates feed loads of women moaning about wanting to be sent original messages, yet you send a message which would be considered as far from original as possible and yet get constantly ignored.
It's the same with some women who keep posting statuses wanting to be licked and fucked in every hole possible, happily posting photos of them getting spunked on yet you message them depending on their preference and they still just ignore or delete. Pretty hypocritical in most cases |

Not really hypocritical.
Just because they are advertising for meets doesn't mean they want to meet everyone that messages them.
And if you do a forum search on not getting replies you'll get 100 threads on why not everyone replies to messages. |

Just because you think you tick all the boxes of what someones looking for it doesn't mean they think you do
Id be looking for pictures and a well written profile at the very least before id consider replying to anyone,unless its a message of outsfanding and irresistable proportions  |

I quite agree and I never mind not getting a reply.
I think my profile is fairly well written and I have some nice verifications so although I tend not to send many messages the ones I do send tend to be quite short. |

It's amazing how many block lists you can get on with one post.
It boils back to the pizza analogy. (Which I can't take credit for) - I like pizza, love it. On fabpizzas.com I'd happily post pictures of me eating them in every way possible. I love them so much I even have "I love pizza" on my front door, on car stickers, and a cheeky "I like 2 slices at once" tshirt.... Bobs pizza shop opens up locally and drops his very well composed and gorgeous looking leaflet through the door... He knows I love pizza and he thinks his is the best.... Problem is, I've just eaten...
Poor old Bob has gone to so much effort with his leaflet? Maybe I should email him, respond to his advances, explain to him how sorry I am. After all he made all that effort?
But no, I do what everyone else does - I glance at it and recycle his flyer.
Bob is enraged! How can I be so up myself! His pizzas are the best!! You said you loved pizza? You even taunt me with pictures of you stuffing it in your gob at different angles! I went to all that trouble and you just ignore me??? Bin my message to you????
Bob try's again.... He redesigns the flyer, this time just for me... He'll convince me, he has hundreds of people condoning his pizza... They love it! He's the best! How can I resist???

I'm driving about and see this, and think, ok, he's obviously talking about me - I'll never visit and I'll let everyone else I know that he's a pest too. Thing is people who never new this now see the sign and think - that's not very professional, we'll avoid Bobs pizza too.
Bob is never any the wiser, that he's lost a customer and the friends of that customer too and people who see bob as a whingey fucktard.
What bob also didn't realise is that I saw something in his first flyer "may contain nuts" which is a show stopper for me, so regardless of how good his pizza is, and regardless of how wonderful it looked, or was to everyone else, it was never going to be for me.
There are a million and 1 things others will see in you that you don't see in yourself and the way you present yourself online.
The moral of the story, don't worry about it. You can't be everything to everyone - and when creating a first post, never mention your nuts!!

I can t say I m surprised they don t reply, in the real world there are many factors that can illicit a response facial expression tone of voice body language, a 3d person in the digital world you re a 2d virtual image, to stand out from the rest of the 2d imagesyou need to become as near as possible a 3d digital image , whats the saying reap what you sow,

And this is the your key mistake - use the pizza analogy, why do you expect someone to reply? They owe you nothing. If they don't reply, they are not interested or busy or whatever!!!! - the point is, it shouldn't matter to you. The fact that it does is the issue, not the lack of response. If you can't handle that, then like the pizza guy, this isn't for you.
You'll live a much happier life if, as an earlier poster says, you focus on your inbox.

Trying to create a 'formula' won't get us anywhere.
Whether it's copy'n'pasting a generic message or trying to pander to every little thing she (or they) writes on her profile, you'll just end up frustrated.
Normal dating rules do not apply here. Should be a big sign on the log-in.
I wish I could say what the best approach is... maybe honesty laced with tact. And leave your illusions about how fantastic you are, at the door because it doesn't wash here. People want more than buff with a big dick. They want, trustworthy, discrete, mature and level headed. You don't convince anyone you're any of these things simply by saying you are. It's in the way you write, the words you choose, your tone, how quickly you respond to their replies. How believable you are.
Just my opinion.
