Unfortunately, there are many 'social rejects' out there who don't have the brain cells or manners to act accordingly with others. He's obviously a complete moron and doesn't know how to accept peoples opinions. Report and forget. Who cares if he reacts on his profile. If anyone had a clue about how vicious others can be, they would find out for themselves anyway. If they are silly enough to believe 1 profile who evidently hold a grudge, then they are probably not worth meeting anyway.

Grrrrr guess he could not take either the rejection or the fact he had made a mistake. I know admin will investigate but what action they will carryout only admin can say. Dont get too upset by one idiot though.

Report whatever shit someone throws at you via the report profile option against their profile.

Beyond that rise above, float over it all and focus on whatever brought you here

"What happens when you report someone?

I got a message from a single guys profile today, and sadly I am too polite, and try to answer all messages, so I messaged him back, nicely, and suggested he read profiles.

He messaged me back, saying he had, so I replied that he obviously hadn't because I am not meeting at the mo and that he is too short anyway, and at that stage I blocked him.

Then.... I gets this abusive message from a couples profile saying she couldn't believe her hubby had messaged someone so ugly!!

Sorry, but I messaged back quite abruptly at that point saying he should read profiles, and blocked the joint profile.

Looking at my block list, I realise that in his profile he has put something detrimental about me, as in he has met me and I stink!!

I have reported him, but would like to know what happens now..... yes, I know, I should have a thicker skin, and not take things to heart, but I wouldn't let it happen in the real world, and I always greet new folk on here and give advice and also like I said, answer as many messages as I can, so forgive me but I am pissed off tonight,,, RAAAAAAA

Rant over, but would still like to know what happens,,,, anyone know?

Thanks "

Admin will remove the text, and block you both from seeing each other's profile

Its pathetic how some people conduct themselves on here. I've seen a few status's naming people in a derogatory way. Immature dummy spitting, ignore, its a lucky escape!

Ive deleted the OP as private messages should stay private - but to answer the question:Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.

******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).

Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

Admin

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.

Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:

Your feedback has been saved.

A website admin will shortly review your feedback and take the necessary action. After reviewing the evidence available to us, we may disable an account, remove a user, disable certain aspects of that user's account or issue a warning.

By leaving feedback you help improve the site for everyone who uses it. Thank you.******
