I am fully aware that I am entitled to my sexual preference but somehow it seems that almost everyone I chat to, likes anal sex. I read profiles and the majority like anal sex. I think anal sex is becoming more commonplace/accepted quite possibly due to the increased ease of access to porn.

It's probably slowly filtering its way into the general consciousness.

My FB and I both love anal but there are plenty of profiles out there that clearly state they don't so you're not alone.

I personally don't like anal or rimming, that includes giving or receiving. I certainly don't get any pleasure from receiving anal play. As mentioned above there are plenty of other things to do. Maybe its because there is a large number of married men on here who's wives won't entertain the idea that they think they expect it elsewhere. Everybody has their preferences and if the person you are meeting doesn't respect that then I'd be telling them where to go.

Asking why any sexual taste appeals to some but not others is pointless - the same argument could be had about BDSM, watersports, oral, bi-play, exhibitionism - the list is endless.

If you don't enjoy it - just say no. There's no need to justify your preferences. Likewise there's little point accusing those that do enjoy a particular activity of following trends, doing it to please others or simply bowing to peer pressure.

We all have our own reasons why we pursue and enjoy certain activities and choose to avoid others.

So long as you respect others decisions - it's all good! Variety is the spice and all that - and it'd be a dull old world if everyone was the same!

I personally do sometimes enjoy anal, but I'll only do it with trusted guys who I know will take the time needed for it and will stop without hesitation if I was to ask them and not spit their dummy out. For this reason I don't put it on my profile because it's something I do when I want to do it (and have the time to prepare), not when it's demanded by someone I've not yet met in the flesh.
