Depends. The exact angles of things are different internally for men and for women, so you may find it more comfortable on your back legs up than doggy.

Personally I find it easier on my back with my legs up on the shoulders of the giver. Better still is face up in a good swing with leg stirrups.
As others have said lots of a good quality lube both on you and them. A few ml injected using a lube shooter can help as well.
