Probably more idle speculation than actual fact. I have had my PA for some time now and have used condoms over it quite a lot. Never had a failure. Latex has a very extreme elastic limit and is extremely durable.

Of course that is only my experience but I can't see a carefully donned comdom breaking over a prince albert.
