Unsure on whether it's down to 'Tilted Uterus' but I had a previous girlfriend who found doggy too painful.

Yeah doggy can be a bit painful, but then again if the guy is well endowed all positions can be painful if the guy doesn't give you time to relax and get horny enough to allow him to do it rough.
