I would recommend anyone interested or trying Estim
has a google for Smartstim there is a mass of experience and advice there.
The generally accepted guidance on estim is to keep everything below the waist. The last thing you want are stray electrical pulses around the heart or you could find yourselves needing a rather more specialist electrical stimulation device and I doubt defibrillation is much fun.

Be careful. As with any electric muscle stimulation do not create a line through the heart... Eg not one pad in each nipple... That is very dangerous.
Most recommend below waist use but whatever you do no shortest path for electricty through the heart.
