You have a public face pic, which is good. Personally I would lose the close up cock shot, its not the best.
You need to make a lot more effort with your profile, remember that you get out of this site what you put in, and st the moment it doesn't look like you have put much in!

There should be an auto delete profile function that kicks in when it detects a profile help request message
So many same requests for help, so many same replies, so many said profiles remain the same... search button is the most under used function on this site 
I do wonder if some people even ask total strangers to fill their CV for them too
