I have only got 1 verification because ive only meet one person (well couple) via fab but they have now left, is my verification still valid?

Yes, you still get to keep the green tick which says you've been verified.

and also still says you have met a couple on the left where displays meets.

just the verifaction is lost if someone leaves of blocks you..so be unable show
