As long as your not gluten intolerant I would think flour and water would work.
Custard has too many things in it, but Cornflour starch and water.
Don't they suggest what you can use in the instructions.

Should be ok as I think they recommend it as a treatment for thrush. Maybe douche afterwards? Don't use sugar water though, that would be a breeding ground for bacteria. |

Greek yogurt with no sugar in it is safe. ( Make sure there is no sugar.) You can add a little water to thin the mix.
Some of the recipe's on the net can get you an infection. |

Oooh this is one of our favourite things, and we have had several parties on this very theme.
