Just recieved mine, hoping it helps me go from 20-30min sessions to a little longer. Wondering of anyone on here uses/used it and has any tips or advice?

ummmmmmmmmmmmmm - googled ... does that mean it doubles ya performance?

I couldnt hack 6 hrs withough cumming (well I could, and I have - but now I'm old and impatient) lol

It numbs you a little..or a lot dending on how much you put on from what I gather

it is good i have used in the past but you have to put it on at least 3 hours before the workout
