Hello there, this may not be the right section so feel free to move if it isnt. However, we bought a new cam on monday logitec 300, and can't get it to connect on msn (it does however work on fab chat rooms) Any technical minded folks know what were doing wrong.
P.s have a horrble feeling it will be something so simple we both feel silly
thanks in advance. K&C x |

Hi
I had a problem with a logitech when I got one. It was something to do with making sure that I had enabled it in MSN. I think the option for this is on your main MSN window that lists all your contacts, and it's unders Tools or something. I will be able to have a look for the correct settings when I get home if you have no joy from this.

You have to click on the tools tab on msn. then go into audio and video setup, from there make sure settings are default and just click next as you go along and then finish, you will then need to log off msn and then back on for it to work |

Your not trying to use it in chat and MSN at the same time are you?
I have had trouble with Logitech stuff in the past, good price, good quality, but support and drivers are rubbish.
My MS cam is fab.
Take it back and swap it if you can... |
