Most people will experience time wasters on here at some point, wither you are a single female, a single male, or a couple. You just have to not let it get you down, and hopefully your next meet will be great.xx |

happens to often, i know a few others this has happened too as well but then when you ask why they didnt turn up they block you or delete profile, its not right and something shoul dbe done to stop it as puts you off a bit in meeting and having a good time |

You started a thread on this yesterday too.
What is it that you want someone to do? Tell the man to unblock you?
If you are having so much trouble with people not turning up without letting you know, use the REPORT option on their profile but Admin can't make them unblock you if they don't want to speak to you.
You were let down on a meet, yes, it is annoying, but it isn't the end of the world.
Find another playmate and forget all about the ones who are not significant. |

I can't think of a single thing to stop timewasters.
All you can do is dust yourself down, mark it down as a bad experience and move on.
And no matter how well you get on with someone when you meet for a drink it doesn't mean that they want to take it any further no matter what they say. Guys are allowed to have doubts about a meet after setting it up you know. |

There has to be proof on the site before Admin can do anything.

I would just say it isn't restricted to men wasting women's time...
I thought it probably was until recently with a couple...
Unfortunately there will always be a sad few who would, for whatever reason, will waste people's time. All we can do is chalk it up to experience and move on. If you start having negative feedback on people's profiles it is too open to abuse, so there isn't really much the site can do to prevent it. |

I think we've all had them and the wannabes as well.
I dont get the sense of being lucky enough as a single to get the point of being lucky enough of arranging a meet and then not showing??
Do you actually think they get some pleasure from it? |

I think that the guy got cold feet or decided you were not what he was looking for,it happens.
Everyone gets timewasters at some point and there is nothing you can do about it.
Best thing to do is get over it and move on,he is not worth getting wound up about, there are plenty of yummy guys on this site. |

To be honest in this case he had turned up, but it looks like he has changed his mind about meeting again and bottled it in letting her know he wasn't coming.
I think everyone would rather be told if a person changes their mind about a meet. |

I too would rather be told no thanks than not being told anything at all and wasting time waiting for the meet to happen then nothing happening, manners cost nothing at all just to say no thanks |

North of The Wall - youll need your vest |
I think the replies on your previous thread on this subject answered the question pretty well.
There is nothing can be done about it. There is no way that admin can make pple reply to messages, turn up for meets, be courteous etc etc and all the other things people complain about.
You just have to use your own common sense and good judgement. He messed you around but unfortunately that can happen - on here as well as in real life. Only thing you can do is move on. And perhaps be more cautious about arranging to meet someone when he has already stood you up once. |

It woulkd be putting Admin in an impossible situation to ask them to ban someone one another's say so - who do they believe?
And it wouldn't be long before someone with a grievance about another user makes up a fake 'that timewaster didn't turn up' report.
For people who arrange meets at short notice you have to expect a few non-shows. We only meet people we've chatted to for some time and we always meet for a drink first. Not everyone's way of doing things but we've never been let down yet. |
