I always look a complete nob, unless its my nob that's getting photgraphed.
I'm not bad looking just mirrors and cameras seem to regularly tell lies!
Anyone got any tips, bar looking the other way, on how not to look as much of a nob as I look?

You may notice from my pics that I'm a fan of the selfie 
I adopted the 'MySpace' way of taking self photos because it seems to catch me at my best angle (albeit that my nose always looks longer than it is).
Take a bunch of selfies, at different angles and then pick the best ones out of it. |

When you are out Shanghai someone into taking your pic. It's what I do 
Go for a natural look. A lot of posed pics look awkward. I find it best to take a pic of my friends when they are on their way back from the bar or loo and are least expecting it No one ever expects the Spanish Inquisition. |

Its all about the angles! I always hold the camera higher than my face so I'm looking up slightly (but keeping your chin down if that makes any sense)... makes your eyes look nice and alleviates all signs of a double chin! |

I'm going to have to try some of these tips. ... Maybe not the vaseline one though. I have exactly the same problem. ... my face pics are never flattering. ..i'm sure Cameras find your worst bits and accentuate them!!! |
