I keep getting asked if I go for White men and this has been going on for months.
I don't understand why I'm always being asked this question as my profile is very clear, I like men with personality...

If it's becoming draining then change it to reflect what races you are looking for.
If race is not an issue for you then say so.
You should not have to but this is fab and some people need it spelling out unfortunately. |

So was mine when I said I was not looking for men. But men kept messaging me In the end I just blocked men and the problem was solved.

I get asked this often even after some seeing our friends pics and seeing my man who is mixed looks white lol... It is funny, but I do notice some people openly say they aren't into a certain races, so I assume that's why this question gets asked to me so often! |

I occasionally get the opposite: black men asking why I only meet white men. Selective reading so sometimes, when I'm feeling devilish, I mess with them saying I'd like to see the contrast of my white strap on entering their black arses.
Strangely enough I never hear from them again!  |

OP - if this question is being asked often enough to drain you, I would suggest you tweak your profile a little. Otherwise it will be continued to be asked. Sure your profile does not state you have a preference, but these men just want clarification, as so many people do have. |

Seriously though, if when messaging a person of a skin colour other than your own, if you feel like you absolutely HAVE to ask them if they're attracted to those of your ethnicity then you're probably not off to a good start. I message women on here if they seem attractive - race doesn't even factor into it, and with that in mind I'm hoping they reply because they see me as an equally attractive guy, not just someone who's Caucasian. |

Is it that weird, really? Walk down the road, how many mixed race couples do you see where the man is white, the woman black? it's pretty rare, even in big ethnic cities.
I don't actually think it's a far cry to assume a black girl might only want black guys.

Actually, to me, the fact that you mention your own race in your own introduction suggests that it is an important issue for you, I am not too surprised that people pick up on that particular part of your profile, you have given the topic a whole paragraph separated to itself so it MUST be important to you.
You have very clear ideas about what you are looking for, very set borders, right down to the height of a person, if I was someone messaging you I too would be asking if my race/colour would be acceptable to you. (although I am female, not the right height, or age lol, but hey thats a different problem! )
I disagree that you make it as clear that race doesn't matter to you when so many other factors about a person obviously do, I would suggest, as others here have that you simply put that statement into your profile if the question is bothering you... |

put a keyword at the end of your profile that they have to put in the subject line.
when you check your mail, if no keyword in subject line.
you can delete it without the boredom of reading.
it's a small addition to your profile that could save you the time and annoyance |

the responses to the profile might likely be coming from those that havent had many or any meets..they see the site and think everyone(female) wants BBC or BWC etc etc..
As it is single males u are targeting...sometimes it does help to be in their shoes..as much as it helps them to understand what its like to be in urs. |
