Can anyone help please have set up a single bi fem profile as I have a couple one too and my single one have been pending for over 21 hours and still nothing . Have emailed them and no response thanks |

Admin is basically a couple.
A few (unpaid) mod log on at their convenience.
They get hundreds of reports/pms complaints a day.
Im sure you will get an answer in time. Why can't you just put on your couples profile 'we meet & play separately' for now? |

We did before but not successfully that's why I'm doing single profile just annoying it hasn't been approved |

Are you using the same computer as that is probably why it won't let you set up the single profile as its not allowed. You also cannot use the same email address.
Best thing is to report to admin using your own profile, give them the name of the single profile and get them to have a look that way |

Not allowed? I've seen posts from the mods and from admin saying it's ok to have more than one profile.
You can't verify a profile on the same IP address but, as far as I know, having more than profile is allowed.
Plenty of people have a couple's profile and single profiles. |

Yes having a seperate profile is allowed.
Contrary to what has been said, profiles being registered or any problems concerning it are not dealt with by any mod.
The best thing to do is send a query from the CONTACT button with the name of the profile and let Admin take a look for you.  |
