Go to the doctors for a proper test. If you're getting negative tests chances are all is fine, but the more stressed you are over it the longer it might take for your period to show |

When i was pregnant with my second i knew i was pregnant but the tests kept coming up negative. It can be low pregnancy hormones so the tests don't pick them up.
You can have false negatives but not false positives.
Give it another few days and try again if there's still np sign of your period.

The tests are pretty accurate. Diet, stress, hormones (obviously), excercise all threw my wife's period out many times - but go and see the doctor tomorrow. x |

I tested negative for the first 2-3 months on all of my children barr one...
I knew I was from early on though except in one case.. ( got a shock at about 5 months)
If its a good thing then suggest a test from the doctors..as blood tests are very accurate. Also make sure if testing its from mid stream first pee of the day. |

"Im not stressing over it, quite excited, just dont like the not knowing part of it all :D
You did 3 tests all negative so you do know that YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT."
Just because she took 3tests doesnt mean shes not pregnant, I ended up 6months pregnant because I took tests too early and they came up negative, go to drs for a blood test and find out from them, goodluck! |

Pound land or clear blue, test for the same hormone. If memory serves its usually 14 days or so post period when you have enough of the hormone to test urine so as hard as it is, wait a few days then test again (First wee of the day) and if still unsure ring your GP.
Our nurses dont do pregnancy tests anymore as they dont see it as a priority nor money efficient (they wont even book you in until you suspect you are 8 weeks) but ring the surgery and they will advise when they want to see you.
Good luck either way |

A good high street chemist will do one, ask & they'll supply a pee jar. They do the same test as hospitals / doctors
My 2nd was planned, i knew i was pregnant straight away but couldn't get confirmation from a test until i was over 12 weeks , so like others have said, if you are lower than average with the Pregnancy ' hormones, you can get a false negative |

Haha bet that wasn't the answer she was hoping for.
If you are usually regular as clockwork then get to the docs. The store tests are indicators but if you think there is something different them go get checked out. |

The whole 14 days after you were due is a guide. If you are pregnant it will depend on ovulation date, fertilisation date, pregnancy hormones present in urine, tests used etc. Wait a fortnight and you will know either way.
Hope you get the news you are hoping for. |

its not always as simple as wait 14 days... as sometimes it just DOESNT show.. I had periods for the first few months of several of my kids... I also tested negative..
I kinda suspected because I instantly cant stand the smells of things and my nipples get so sensitive and painful it makes me feel sick...
Pretty much I just get sick.. |

I never showed up pregnant til 3 days after i was late however the first 2 days were poundshop tests and the 3rd was first response, some people dont test positive for weeks but that its very unlikely altho not impossible, its much more likely that theres some other reason u are late..
And it is VERY unlikely you would be getting such symptoms early on, i never peed a lot until about 22+ weeks when my little man started pushing on my bladder lol |
