I have a condition called seborrheic dermatitis which is flaky skin on my nipples, nose, forehead (including eyebrows) and scalp. I have tried moisturising which hasn't helped thankfully I have inherited my mothers nipples lol x |

I have tried but it's not dandruff so does nothing for me lol I've tried vasline and that didn't work either. I use a dermol cream at the moment but I need a prescription based shampoo but then also something that's got zinc in it for maintenance when not using the prescription one. I don't know what to do about the flaky nipples but keep using cream |

When I used to milk we used to treat the cows teats with various products for chapping etc .
One that used to work really well was called Vesagex .
It was an American "diaper " cream and really did the job.
I used to use it in my hands when they started chapping in the winter and we used it on one of dogs when he got Excema .
I've looked online and it's still about . |

I don't, but years ago had bad nervous eczema and gp gave me script for oilatum for the bath. Was really good but if you get it take care makes bath slippery and dangerous. |

I have the same condition, gets worse in the winter. Light always helps, but creams never really do much for me. I've tried just about everything over the years. Even seen a top skin specialist who was a waste of time and I had to be on a waiting list for over a year to see him
Certainly gets me down and often in pain

This may sound weird but as a beauty therapist I like to thonk outside the box when it comes to the skin. Boots do their own brand of nappy cream that contains zink and it is amazing for dry and flaky skin. I use it on my daughters eczema and it works a treat.
