We got first mmf ThIs week looking forward to it but how takes the lead or do you just let it flow

Yes!

Asking people who are not involved is only going to tell you how they would like it to go. Communicate with the other two people.

I think having a vague idea of how you'd ALL like things to start off eases any pre meet nerves, then let the evening flow. Share some fantasies before hand , give or receive a sexy pre meet task to get you going ,mmm memories

This exactly, also its good to sort out any boundaries and rules before hand.

When weve had ours weve always had a rough idea of how weve wanted things to start and go through out the night. x
