I have never received a reply, but they have always acted on my complaint to my knowledge. |

I've made several complaints bout same issue and to my knowledge nothing's been done. Did get std email thanks and will look into it. Personally think should get an email of the result and their reasoning |

Similar post on feedback if reporting someone closed.
Does say can't give individual response but if people don't see that reporting does something frankly people will stop reporting. Doesn't need be long response just eg reviewed ur report agree user acted in abusive way against site rules has been blocked from using site. If find same person acting same on future report with ref 12345 to this incident. |

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.
Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.
