Never had a pair before and bought some to try out.

On arrival they look fab on the cover, very shiny and sexy..

On opening i instantly thought when the f*$k am i ever going to go fishing ????

So, my question is, how do i get them to look all shiny and sexy ??..any lotions, water based oil etc i should be using ? x

A bottle of rubber shine from a fet store or ebay?

You apparently can use the same spray as they shine car tyres with. Armor All ?

Buy latex shine fluid or spray.

If using spray be careful where you spray it because it's silicone and will make hard floor extremely slippery!

Never never never use oil as it degrades latex.

Be very careful about using car care products. You're better to buy the proper stuff.

Keep metal objects away from them. Metal, save for stainless steel, can permanently stain latex.

Sunlight is also very bad for latex. Avoid exposure as much as possible. Store them well talced or they will stick together.

Wash them carefully with warm water and baby shampoo. Leaving skin oils on them will damage them.

A can of silcon spray is all you need, dont bother paying thru the nose for the stuff from a fet shop its only the same.
