I have just purchased what the reviews say is a fantastic set of sounds. Very excited to use them on the slave and been watching all the related porn  Any guys and dolls have any tips for me....?? We will both be beginners for this particular implement. And I would welcome as much advice, suggestions, tips as possible..

Fet has some good links from the interest groups especially on the safety side...the main things I would say are do not ever push them and scrupulous scrupulous cleanliness... |

Yes; use single use lube sachets as an opened tube of KY gel is a potential contaminant.
Do not use sounds if there is any ongoing pain on passing urine, frequency of urination, discharge or blood in the urine ..... straight to GU clinic or GP.
Ensure that the sounds are 'sterilised' (soap and water clean, dishwasher then Milton or dilute bleach solution with a rinse immediately before use in freshly boiled water) before use and that you don't then park them on the bed sheets; use a sterile surface or disposable medical pack.
Don't, like all toys, use them on more than one partner even if you are cleaning and 'sterilising' them
Are you fully confident that they are stainless steel? If they are a Chinese import you may have what seems to be a shiny stainless steel sound which is actually chromium plate over something else; chromium and nickel are not metals that you want in contact with urethral mucosa.
Start small, work up in size, never force and use plenty of lube.
Electrostm works really well with sounds; I use a ET-312 control unit, PES power boxes and Ultrashock units.

A good idea to drink plenty prior to playing, then when finished urinate asap. That way at least you are helping to flush anything out that might have been introduced to the eurethra.
