I consider myself to be average at best and have managed to meet two lovely women from this site in the short time I've been here, a couple of times. The key is don't get downbeat about rejection. Be yourself, don't take it too seriously and let your personality stand out. There are a lot of genuine, intelligent, lovely and sexy people on this site, who find a personality and sense of humour very sexy. So look for those profiles. Many of those people are on the forums.

Fair.
However, it sounds as though the gentleman is more concerned with the act, and not the person. So perhaps standards dont come into the equation. (Please correct me if i'm wrong, OP). |

No as far too many then cancel meets so realistically its as hard for us women as it is for males and those we do end up meeting often look nothing like their photos  |

well lots of so called ugly men get laid. Usually old ugly ones. In simple terms women like cars and money. You may not get the love of your life that way but you sure as hell get a lot of chicks. Keep it real and know they are just golddiggers and you have it made. Remember, no romance without finance. |

I found that being honest, open, genuine, a nice guy and humorous has worked fine for me.
I would also add respectful, courteous and non pushy.
And if you arrange a meet, you show up for it and dont waste peoples time. |

No, you don't get the equivalent of Quasimodo's ugly fat sister posting threads about how they can't get laid. That's the point I was making. It doesn't matter what a woman looks like in here she will have a queue of men willing to service her, it's only her preferences that will then limit her.
It is not the same for the majority of single men.

I know you didn't comment on what the op said but it was my post, I quoted yours for the Quasimodo's ugly fat sister thing, (and mostly for the spelling).
It's not a term I've come across on here hence why I asked if it had happened whilst I was away, the should have been a clue.
I went on to give my thoughts on the 'getting laid' bit, I know it's just terminology but the day someone walks up to me and says 'hey fancy getting laid?' Well they risk getting laid, but laid flat out 
ps I'd chat with Quasis sister, as long as she had a good personality, could make me laugh & got me an autograph |
