I've got one, got it as a toy rather than a regular use thing... There good fun, and versatile really. You can use them on nipples and potentially a pussy too.

My tip would be to only get one slightly bigger than the size you are and don't leave it on for too long! Lol good fun thinking about it

That's good to know. I wondered if penis pumps were nonsense or not. Is the extra length and width only temporary?
