I have been to a club a couple of times and loved it. Unfortunately I no longer have anything to do with the man who took me but would still love to go. Do single women go to clubs alone?
I wouldn't go to a pub for a drink on my own so am struggling with this idea x |

I go to clubs alone all the time, I also know many other women do.
However, if you wouldn't go into a pub alone, then you probably won't be able to go into a swingers club alone. Try going to a fairly anonymous bar by yourself and have a drink, build your confidence up that way. |

there was a brilliant thread on here a few weeks ago about women who go to clubs on their own and i hope it would encourage more to do so..... I'll see if I can find it |

I don't see normal clubs and swinging clubs the same at all. I (Mrs Riders) would never go to pub /club on my own. If I were single I would have no problem going to swinging clubs alone.
They are so much more friendly places. |

I've been to a couple of swingers clubs where I've been made to feel distinctly uncomfortable by female halves of couples. But I have been to a lot of clubs where I've been made to feel very welcome by everyone.
I've yet to feel uncomfortable in a normal pub/club where I've gone in on my own.

I have been to one on my own and it was ok. I'm happier when with someone though so have formed a friendship with another single woman and now we accompany each other. |

If I could drive there are one or two clubs I would go to on my own as I feel very comfortable there. Tho I dont like to partner up with a guy to go to a club, so prefer to get a lift off a woman or a couple. |

most clubs are very safe for ladys , if you tell the staff you are alone they will look out for you, and introduce you to others they know to be regulars |

I went to a club by myself recently. Was terrified walking up to it (didn't help that I had never been to that particular club before) but was made to feel really welcome and within 10 minutes the nerves were completely gone. |

I've been going to clubs as a single for nearly 10 years and its easier than going to a bar on my own, I'd maybe suggest going on a couples single fems night first then you won't get harrased by single guys x |

I've been to a club twice on my own and each time I felt at ease and very welcome. The staff took good care of me and I found the members respectful and non-pushy for the post part.
There are times where you do have to put your foot down and be assertive, but if anybody gives you any grief you can tell a member of staff who should sort it out.
Give it a go. It can be lots of fun. |
