I've always struggled with self confidence but what really bothers me is that I feel too self conscious to go on top! I worry I'm gonna be rubbish or something & I end up not enjoying it. Can anyone give me some advice to help please?  |

Going on top is my least enjoyed position. I always end up out of sync with the guys thrusting, and I get ferocious backache after about 10 mins. It's actually better to do it on a chair or sofa, as it then puts your boobs just about on a level with the guys mouth, and gives him something to do.

It's not the easiest position, can take time to get in sync...try it in a kneeling position at the top of the bed or like said before in a chair so you can support your weight with your hands, vary your rhythm to see what he enjoys and try and overcome your self consciousness and just enjoy, he will too, you can always try reverse cowgirl if its the staring him in the face that gets to your self consciousness, I'm naturally submissive in the bedroom but reverse cowgirl is one of my favourites  |

You are not on your own about being uncomfortable with being on top.
