Why is it cheeky? It's a legit, polite, honest request.

Just because you didn't want to do it, doesn't mean it's out of order.

No its not, imagine if they wanted to play with your partner and not you... how would a woman feel about being left out. If some asked either of us to play and leave the other one out I would be very offended

To be honest, if they had just come up and asked without chatting before hand then very cheeky if not rude to be honest.

I suppose if it's polite and not offensive then most would find it ok for you to ask, As a guy though i wonder if perhaps that it is kinda pushing it a bit, Are there no single females you could approach first?

It wouldn't upset me personally. I see it as a "If you don't ask, you don't get" sort of situation, really.

If it was a polite question asking if we play seperately, they'd get a polite answer and a polite decline.

If, however, it borderlines harrassment or a disgusted "We want her/him without the other" than they're told where to go.

it depends... it is a bit like saying " we fancy your partner, but not you"....

it you only play together and they knew but asked, then yes I would be offended...

if you play seperately then I suppose it is a fair question to ask, but a bit cheeky......

Not many subjects that should be taboo to ask politely to be honest.

As it happens, for us that would probably receive a favorable response, hence our recent adverts. It is a scenario we are exploring a little.

As a result, people wouldn't know unless they asked.

I do fully accept it is in the context and the way it is asked.

No harm in asking the question as long as put over in a proper way.Likely answer will be "thanks but no thanks...we are a couple and play as a couple" That being said we have met couples at swingers clubs where the guy just wants to watch us two with his lady in a private room and when this has happened it was both of them who mentioned it to us while we were chatting.

When I go up as a single guy I may end up playing one on one with the woman, don't see why it would be any different for couples.

If we are at a couples night in a club together as a couple then I would find it a little bit off.

It has happened before, sitting at the bar a couple were next to us and started talking went a little like this;

"Oh its our first time, we have always fancied a 3 some so thought we would come to a club"

Well you wont find many single fems in a club

"will you let your Mrs play with us alone then ???"

uuh no

I guess it comes down to the underlying prevailing (and sad) attitude in swinging thats all about getting what you can out any given situation and fuck everyone else and what they feel or think.

Its really quite sad

Yeah that has happened to us before and I find it a bit rude. I understand that some couples do play separately but in my view; if you want a single lady/man then ask a single lady/man

There are piss takers and selfish tools littered through the community its not just limited to men, however as the largest single group (gotta be at least 75% overall), they are going to get a lot more attention than the other groups.

As a counter point to my post above we have been in clubs where I (Mr) have gone to the toliet only to come back and there is a single guy chatting up Mrs who has waited for me to leave her alone.

Good and bad right through the community, the key is finding the good

We've had a near identical situation which also included me being accused of being unreasonable as in their words I've "let other men fuck her so it's not like you'll get jealous"...

I think it is the height of rudeness and it really pisses me off purely because if you want a single female find them or find a couple that say they are looking for girl on girl only.

That happened to us. A guy came up and started chatting when my guy went off for a minute. I just told him I wasn't interested because I was with someone and he'd be back in a minute. He soon scarpered.

Grats on missing the entire point of the thread to make a fairly sanctimonious response

I genuinely think a large portion of the swinging community could do with chilling out and being a little bit more respectful to both parties (if a couple) or people in general (yes you single guys too).

Some real odd attitudes arise because its meaningless sex.

Yeah I've had that happen too... the second Reggie goes to the bar or bathroom some guy will make a beeline! Needless to say they never get very far!
