Hi folks... I've only recently discovered the forums and hope to spend much more time in here!
I was wondering, since I'm here, if someone could perhaps aid me with the construction of my profile, or critique what I've written thus far.
I have received messages from couples and women interested in meets, which is a good sign...though I'm sure improvements can be made...
I also, albeit apprehensively, plan to attend a social or two as I suspect actually meeting people increases the chances of connections being made...or at least being noticed (for better or worse!!)

Be yourself, make your profile and pics reflect your personality and attitude - and you can't do anything more!! 
*oh - and I didn't look!
Never try and make your profile appear to be something you're not, or change it to suit others. It's YOUR profile - nobody else's!!  |

No worries!!
Ok - I looked!! And it's not a bad job at all! You're honest about your situation (although no doubt there'll be those that are suspicious!) and it has a healthy dose of humour!
If anything - the only thing I'd do is lose the last pic - not a great shot!

I figure that since I'm hoping to meet genuine, honest people...it's best to take that approach myself. Thus far the ladies I have been in touch with have greatly appreciated it.
I feel a tiny bit better about things.. |
