There is a free IPAD sex game app called "wheel" which has 3 levels and can be played by any number - and you can add your own challenges. We have added some very hardcore ones!

Jenga with forfeits under some if the blocks and a big forfeit is the stack is knocked down .. We've played this and it's a great ice breaker
