Anal cleansing

Hi there - would anyone be able to advise me on methods of cleaning inside my bum, prior to anal sex?
Or is there any dietary practices I can follow?
I've had some accidents during anal and it mortifys me. I would be so thankful for any advice. |

I researched it and bought self easy enemas that are from the states... they are highly reviewed and you just use it the evening/morning before you due to play. Its called fleet |

Be warned Fleet will clear you out! Normally used the day before an endoscope. Don't expect to be able to do anything for 4-6 hours after taking & I do mean anything. Your bathroom will be only place you'll want to be. |

I'd recommend that you not only begin by douching thoroughly, but AFTER you've douched, warm up by using an anal toy - why? Because the water can be trapped further up than you realise, and regular pushing won't always clear it out, obviously this can lead to a lot of embarrassment when the anus loosens up during anal. By using the toy for a few minutes after douching, you can be sure all the water has gone, and if not, you can just repeat the douching until you're sure you're thoroughly clean. It sounds like a lot of work, but good anal sex requires good preparation. |

i agree with this about the water getting trapped , i washed out using shower with no head , thought i was finished till sitting in the car , one little belly burp was all it needed and i was covered , yuk xx |

shower hose up ya arse ? Bit silly. Got these images of somebody doin that then pushin shit into plug hole with big toe and it squeezing between the others ! Surely sitting on the skitter bin with a douche is wiser ?  |

The thing is did you want it?
I think its best to talk about that stuff before you meet, that way no nasty surprises and you can prepare beforehand.
If it was suggested to me on a meet and we hadn't discussed it, I'd say nooooo way !!!!!

Please dont use the shower hose or olive oil/lemon juice or fleet! All of the above are dangerous without medical supervision. Seek guidance from the family planning nurse or doctor. X |

so glad someone has asked this. my douche is sitting unused....so far. i would indulge in anal far more often it i wasn't soooo paranoid about poop. all the advice has been great. thanks. i have been using dulcolax so there is no back up, but still not "clean". Yay....i shall get my bum clean and enjoy the experience. lol x   |

The thing is did you want it?

I use a hair dye bottle with a very thin head. I fill it up with soapy liquid to douche whilst sitting on the loo. I do this 5-6 times till the water runs clear and I know Im empty. It lasts a good 6 hours x x
I had a rather nasty experience of using a strap on with guy so I dont do that to any guy now xx |

I would agree about leaving an hour or so after I douche. I do it abot4 to 5 times till its clear. then not long before I meet I finger myself just to check so far so good and Ive even been rimmed once so must of been ok |

don't use any soapy water it will strip the lining of the bowel, just use water. |

Glad it works for you. With a medical head on you and others should be aware that Fleet is very commonly used in the NHS for patients being admitted for bowel surgery. Therefore it will be VERY effective  No scare story just build doses up slowly Long term use is not advised. Sorry Med lecture over  |

I've been douching for over a year. The best things I have bought of LoveHoney...simple to use and always effective, thus far no horror stories, to report.
Luke-warm water, in the sink, always sit on the loo, come on we are all guilty of peeing in the shower, but pooping! NO thank you. Just repeat until the water runs clear, I have to be honest and say, you will know when all is clear, when you......here goes....trump!, I don't know why, but its like a little, 'yep, alls clear here' signal for me.
In answer to the previous question, I always douche before meets, its just part of my getting ready routine now, like the rest of the ritual us women have lol

A gay male friend told me about the shower trick and it works a treat though I don't do it too regular, makes bum fun much more relaxing for me, and him, only one guy is trusted to go there anyway and he's had surprises, blush and die for me but he's cool about it! |

We all accept that our basic anatomies are the same: bones, muscles, flesh, limbs, hair (somewhere :p). However we do have gender differences, for example women have gorgeous pussies and men, if they’re lucky, long dangly things. Sooo back to the shit talk, once upon a time I suffered mild constipation, this meant there was no faecal smearing on my anus once a bowel movement had occurred. To prepare myself for anal fun I would lube a small butt plug to relax my sphincter (initially I had not even given a thought about poo). I discovered this would kick off a peristalsis action, in other words, whatever was in my digestive tract would begin to move and whatever was already in my rectum would evacuate. I’d then have a shower and sluice A LITTLE (let’s say a tongue’s worth).
I don’t have constipation anymore thanks to certain supplements, which is great in everyday life but oh my, has my anal preparation been extended. I still use a lubed butt plug but have to use it as early in the day as possible because I now need repeated peristalsis actions. I’m sure you don’t really want me to go into the biology of it or give you a visual :D. I then shower when I think it’s all over and sluice more than a tongue’s worth.
Bottom line (ha!) – make sure a condom is used and have wipes at the ready. It is also advisable to never go from arse to mouth or arse to pussy.
