Hi all we are a married couple that have had a couples profile on here for some years but it's been changed to a single male and the wifes part has gone?
We have sent 4 messages to the admin team but no reply? Can anyone tell us why and help us get it back please.

This happened to us about a year ago and they put it back to a couple and now it's happened again and they are not replying to us? |

Someone must have reported your profile as being a single person not a couple however as your veri's do say met this couple etc I am surprised it has been changed |

the text remains the same? It doesn't read like a couples profile to be honest so maybe it has been changed while admin check? |

Pop something in the Feedback forum. Sometimes the admin read those messages and sort things. If you title it 'admin please help' they're more likely to read it. Also, report your own profile, and keep using the contact button.
I'm a terror for reporting profiles for being the wrong sort (women saying they only meet with their partner etc) but yours is clearly a couples profile. |

Your profile states you're a bull and say's 'I'm looking' No mention of you wife so I'd say someone has reported you and that's why it's been changed. |

Hi thanks all it seems that even though we have veri's for meeting as a couple someone has reported us as being a single. This may be because cliff is looking to meet a couple on his own and the profile says I not we. We will change this and see how it goes.

And your profile states you are playing with your wife's consent. That does not make you a couple... |

I've just looked at your profile again, it's a male playing on his own type of profile, having your wife's approval doesn't make it a couples profile in my opinion. |

Strangely though the verifications are clearly for a couple. The amount of posts we see from a guy wanting to change from a couple to a single man profile and being told they can't because of the verifications, but admin have done it without a problem here. Maybe the rules have changed. |

Along with what some people above have said...
Your 2 most recent veris state only a male met... Along with the profile text it would look to anyone like a single male... who had previously been playing as a couple. |

you're right it does say they got hold of her....hmmmm I'm going to leave it to the experts. |

You're right.. I just read "met this gent" and "met this guy" from the most recent 2...
I'd still say it was a single guys profile from the text..  |

I think it's very confusing , the top veri says met both but to me the profile reads as if its now just the hubby playing with the wife's approval. |

He's changed the profile. It was a little less ambiguous about being a couple when the post was started. I agree now that it's a single male profile, but still don't understand why they get to keep the couples verifications. Strange. |

You had an answer here 4 days ago....only Admin can help you.
Your profile does sound like a single male though, but give Admin a try , sometimes and answer won't be instant though so be patient.
