Ok before I explain, this is not a moan, and I am 99% sure I know the answer to my question but I just wanted to see if anyone else had any other suggestions...
A couple messaged us looking for a meet, we weren't available when they asked but exchanged several messages back and forth for meeting another time. We both sent face pics and became friends, however by the next day they had deleted us as friends but not blocked us.
Obvious conclusion: one or both of them are no longer interested after seeing our face pic. We completely understand we are not for everyone and we will not ask them for an explanation.
However I wanted to ask if anyone could think of possible other reasons that we can be aware of in future? Could we be seen as timewasters because we said we are busy the next few weeks? It was me, the female of the couple messaging, and Mr says maybe the way I write sounds like it could be the male of the couple?? Or I am just in denial and I should just accept it and move on?! All thoughts appreciated, thanks! |

I see why you would feel that way but the truth is it was them so firstly they are missing out on you, an incredible sexy couple, and secondly they probably just got cold feet or were fake, alot of people on here are fake! get used to a few similar occasions to this!

We would just assume they are not interested if that happened. Probably easier for them than then saying no thanks
We do a similar thing ourselves. If we are chatting and become friends with someone and they look at our profile more than a few times without messaging us back after the invite we delete them, we always think if they were interested they would message back so they are either not interested or just after our private pics!
I wouldn't worry, onwards and upwards |

A lot of people on here aren't fake too!
A lot have busy lives and see this as a bit of fun - not the be all and end all!
As for cold feet? Who knows!! They may have been unverified newbies or seasoned veterans with a string of glowing references. Only the OP knows!
The more people worry, stress and try and second guess the actions of others - the less fun it becomes. And the constant chucking around of the words 'fake' and 'timewaster' is both pointless and often irrelevant!
Things happen on here and in life beyond our control. Learn, evolve and move on with a smile!
And OP - why not just ask them if they've not blocked you? |

Does it matter? Are you not massively overthinking this? |

I would assume they had lost interest for some reason,I would'nt take it personally as you can never know what goes on in other peoples heads and I would'nt message them to ask either |

theres also a problem for example where the couple see your pics and feel your too good looking and out of there league.
theres got to be people on here who like to fuck but don't want there hubby or wife fucking a total stunner and they feel threatened in some way so they delete avoid block etc |

Maybe they thought you were fake. I have removed people from my friends list before because I am not sure if they are men pretending to be women or not lol.
Another reason may be because you are too local to them. I have nobody on my friends list from same town as me. May check out their pics but wouldnt keep on friends list.

Haha yes I am probably overthinking it and the fact that I made a discussion in the forum maybe makes it seem like I'm making too big a deal about this, but really its a boring sunday afternoon with nothing to do and I was just curious about people's opinions on this sort of thing! |

"I'm not going to ask them why because if they don't want to offer an explanation before deleting us then I'm not going to pester them for one. Would you ask?"
Would I ? No.
I'd just carry on with life. But accidents happen. Some friends of mine deleted me and a couple of others by accident recently - only noticed when I tried to message them. They noticed later on. All sorted!
There's often a huge difference between 'friends' in real life and on site ! |

I chatted with a couple at some length, weren't gonna meet though, messages stopped (me being too busy/too many other people who DID want to meet) then they deleted me and blocked me. It happens.... C'est la vie....and all that. Don't worry about it. |

There's nowt as strange ad folk !!!
We were deleted as friends by a couple because we had some bi male couples on our friends list, and another had been with a bi male on there veris.
They told us it was because it could cause them problems meeting others in the future .............

I've deleted [and blocked] someone from my friends list before now as I was on my phone and clicked wrong link If I was deleted after sending my face pic, I'd just assume they'd changed their minds. |
